Refund Policy

This is a summary. The full and binding refund terms are set out in Section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Service packages — delivery windows

Our packages are delivered within stated delivery windows after we receive your intake answers:

  • AI Compliance Audit (€299): within 48 hours of intake submission
  • Compliance Documentation Package (€499): within 48 hours of intake submission
  • Premium Compliance Programme (€899): within 5 business days of intake submission

Pre-delivery refund

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before we start work on your intake (typically within 24 hours of submission). Email us at louisverbeke@icloud.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

Late-delivery refund

If we fail to deliver within the stated window for your package, you are entitled to a full refund on request. Submit your request by email with your order number; we will process the refund within 5 business days.

After delivery

Our packages are digital content and professional services delivered electronically. Once delivery has been completed or substantial work on your intake has commenced, the sale is final and no refunds are provided except where the late-delivery clause above applies or where mandatory law requires otherwise. By purchasing you expressly request that performance begins after intake submission and acknowledge that any withdrawal right for digital content is lost once performance has begun (Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Business customers only

Products and services are sold exclusively to businesses (B2B). Statutory consumer withdrawal rights are not intended to apply.
