About
Done-for-you EU AI Act compliance, sized for SMBs.
Most compliance work is built for the Fortune 500.
GRC platforms cost €20,000 to €100,000 per year. Consultants charge €5,000 to €15,000 for an AI audit. Law firms quote €300 to €600 per hour.
If you run a 10-person company, none of those scale to you. But the EU AI Act still applies — and Article 4 AI Literacy has been in force since February 2026.
What we do
Ready AI Act is a done-for-you compliance service for European SMBs (5–50 employees). You answer 15 questions about your business. We deliver your personalised compliance pack — reviewed by qualified ICT/privacy counsel — within 48 hours.
Three packages:
- AI Compliance Audit (€299) — know exactly where you stand. Personalised gap-analysis report in 48 hours.
- Compliance Documentation Package (€499) — the audit plus your full personalised compliance documentation. AUP, AI Register, Article 4 Literacy programme, Disclosures, Vendor Log, 30-minute call.
- Premium Compliance Programme (€899) — the documentation package plus sector-specific add-on, DPIA + FRIA, vendor due diligence, 12 months of updates.
Why now, not in 2027
The EU AI Act's high-risk deadline was extended in May 2026 to December 2027. But the obligations and pressures you face today are unchanged:
- Article 4 AI Literacy — in force since February 2026. Every EU employer using AI must demonstrate AI literacy among staff.
- Enterprise vendor due diligence — your enterprise customers ask for your AI policy now, regardless of regulatory timing.
- Funding and M&A due diligence — AI compliance documentation is a standard line item in data rooms today.
- ISO 27001 and SOC 2 — AI documentation is a control objective in current audit frameworks.
Companies that document now are ready when their customers, investors and auditors ask. Companies that wait until 2027 will scramble.

How we work
Three principles:
- Proportional. SMB documentation should not look like enterprise documentation. We size every package for businesses of 5 to 50 people.
- Done in 48 hours. No drawn-out engagements. Order online, fill in the intake, receive your pack within two business days.
- Reviewed. Every package goes through a qualified-counsel quality review before delivery. Our methodology is reviewed by qualified ICT/privacy counsel.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and we do not provide tailored legal advice. Our packages are professional compliance documentation produced under a qualified-counsel-reviewed methodology. For high-stakes specific situations — contractual disputes, regulatory responses, complex cross-border matters — always consult your own legal counsel.
